We understand it’s difficult to purchase a professional-grade instrument without the benefit of a test run. That’s why we offer a generous 15-day trial period.
Simply order and pay for your trumpet via Google CheckOut and we’ll ship it. You have 15 days from the day the horn leaves our factory to look it over and put it through your paces. We know you'll love it!
In the unlikely event you decide the instrument is not a good fit, return it IN NEW CONDITION within 15 days from our original ship date and we’ll refund your purchase price LESS a 10% restocking fee.
A restocking fee is necessary to clean and re-inventory the horn. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility.
Damaged returns or those arriving after the 15 day trial period are considered used instruments and will be refunded at 40% of the purchase price.
